What should I do if I my purchase is defective?

Answer
The likelihood of you receiving a defective product is small. Each and every piece of furniture that Wicker Living ships is quality checked just prior to shipping. We don't want you to have a problem and we don't want to have to have you ship the product back. That is why we take the time to make sure the product is of high quality before it is shipped.

However, if you were to receive a defective product, it is probably because it got damaged during transit. Please refer to our Warranty and related policies and how they apply.
