Does Wicker Living provide large quantity discounts?

Answer
Yes, Wicker Living does provide large quantity discounts. Large quantity orders are generally unique and will require a customer service representative to assist you. Use the Contact Us to request us to evaluate a purchase you would like to be considered for a large purchase discount. Examples of large quantity discounts include but are not limited to: Commercial customer purchases to furnish hotels, bed and breakfasts, tea houses etc. Commercial or residential home purchases where 6 or more of any combination of catalog items are being considered. Special requests evaluated upon customer's request. Special orders are priced and handled independent of other advertized prices and discounts. Therefore, no other special discounts and rebates apply to special orders other than the direct quote for a special order.

Can Wicker Living supply large quantities of products to commercial businesses.

Yes, Wicker Living can supply large quantities of products for restaurants, bars, hotels, motels, condominiums, ice cream parlors, offices, patios, pools and other large seating areas.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Answer
Typically orders that do not include custom cushions with choice of fabric are shipped out of our warehouse the next day after receiving your order. Orders will generally arrive in 1-7 days depending on where your located in comparison with our eastern Pennsylvania warehouse. Orders that include custom deluxe cushions with your choice of fabric take a little longer, but generally not more than an additional week. It may take up to two weeks during the height of the ordering season. We have an excellent turnaround time in manufacturing our deluxe cushions allowing us to complete our orders much faster than our competitors. Special orders that require us to order from one of our overseas factories can take between 1 and 3 months depending on the order, factory.
