What should I do when my shipment arrives by Common Carrier (truck)?
Answer
You should immediately inspect the exterior of the carton for any signs of damage. If there is damage, you need to notify the trucking agent indicating that there is possible damage to the merchandise. If there is damage to the merchandise, you will need to make a claim with the trucking company and make arrangements to have it returned to Wicker Living.

What do I need to know about receiving an order that is shipped by Common Carrier (truck)?
Answer
Orders shipped by truck will arrive at a time identified by the trucking agent and forwarded to you via email from Wicker Living. Wicker Living will provide you that time and you need to be available to accept the shipment. The truck driver will unload the merchandise at the curb. You will need to make arrangements to move the merchandise from the curb into your home. Alternatively, you can make arrangements to have the merchandise shipped to a local commercial business but you need to make the arrangements with that business to accepts truck shipment. Under certain circumstances, our trucking agent will move the merchandise from the curb to your front door or close to your front door. Truck drivers generally won't move the merchandise up stairs or areas hard to access. So, you are responsible for moving the merchandise into your house from where the trucking agent leaves it.
Wicker Living will email you a tracking number and instructions whereby you can track the shipment using the internet.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer
Typically orders without cushions are shipped out of our warehouse the next day after receiving your order. Orders will generally arrive in 1-7 days depending on where your located in comparison with our eastern Pennsylvania warehouse. Orders that include custom deluxe cushions with your choice of fabric take a little longer, but generally not more than an additional week. It may take up to two weeks during the height of the ordering season. We have an excellent turnaround time in manufacturing our deluxe cushions allowing us to complete our orders much faster than our competitors.
