Special Order Policy
Wicker Living offers special orders for its customers. Wicker Living offers special orders for Large Purchases and large purchase discounts for commercial and residential customers.
Wicker Living also offers special orders for order requests that require us to order from one of our overseas factories. Special orders such as this can take between 1 and 3 months depending on the products being ordered, size of the order, factory they will be manufactured and shipped from and time of the year. Agents representing firms wishing to make large purchases should recognize the potential lead time required if quoted this way by Wicker Living.
A special order website page will be set up on our WickerLiving.com website and special instructions will be sent to interested customers confirming that they want to make a special order.
Terms
On-line payment in full at the time of placing order for all Special Orders. Payment exceptions arranged prior to placing order. No returns or refunds for special orders. Warranty against manufacturer's defects applies. For orders outside the continental United States, the customer is responsible for all claims with the shipping agent due to damages during shipment. Offers are of limited time.
