How To Order Fabric Swatches

The internet is great, but not perfect. Sometimes it may be necessary for you to see and feel the actual fabric swatches not just the images shown on-line. When this is the case, you can select from one (1) to four (4) fabric swatches at a time to be shipped to you for consideration to purchase cushions. From within one week of receiving the fabric swatches, you must return the them in the prepaid USPS Priority Mail envelope enclosed in the order. We must receive the fabric swatches back within two weeks from the date you received them. Due to a limited supply of fabric swatches, we ask that you honor this request so that others who have ordered fabric swatches do not have to wait too long to receive their swatch orders. If there is going to be a delay in returning the swatches, please contact and inform us of the delay.

Wicker Living charges a minimal fee of $10 which covers the round trip shipping costs plus a $40 deposit for this service. Once the fabric swatches are returned to us within the specified time above, we refund the full $40 deposit to you immediately and notify you that the refund is complete. Swatch orders returned and received by Wicker Living after the two week period has elapsed but not more than 4 weeks, will forfeit $20 of their $40 deposit. Swatch orders returned and received by Wicker Living after the four week period has elapsed will forfeit their $40 deposit.

Instructions: Using the drop-down menus below, choose one fabric swatch at a time. You may choose up to 4 fabric swatches at any one time. After you have completed your swatch selection, you may then hit the "Add To Cart" button. Each time you hit the "Add To Cart" button you will add the selected swatchs to the shopping cart and be charged $50. So, make sure you choose all the fabric swatches first before you hit the "Add To Cart" button and only hit the "Add to Cart" button once. You will be charged $50 for each set of 4 fabric swatch choices ordered using your choice of payment when you check out. Don't worry if you choose too many, you can remove them while you are in the shopping cart leaving only the set(s) you want.

Upon return of the fabric swatches to Wicker Living within the two week window, your account will be credited $40 and you will receive a confirmation email.

After many years of working with customers with their swatch requests, this method seems to be the most acceptable and economic way to satisfy our customers needs and keep our costs at an acceptable level.
