Care: Follow the cleaning instructions for your selected fabric. Many available performance outdoor fabrics, including Sunbrella®, can be cleaned with mild soap and water and are designed to resist fading, moisture, and mildew. These pillows are not waterproof. Allow them to dry thoroughly after cleaning or exposure to rain, and store or cover them during prolonged heavy rain and off-season storage.

Delivery: Each pillow is made to order in your selected size, fabric, and welting style. Production and delivery times may vary based on fabric availability and seasonal demand. Inspect the pillow promptly after delivery and report any shipping damage or order discrepancy to Wicker Living.

Warranty: Wicker Living, LLC warrants its custom-made pillows against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original retail purchase date. Review the complete warranty information before ordering.
