  • I looked at many wicker chaises & finally decided on one & began searching online. No store had them. Then, thankfully, I spoke with Bruce. I told him my saga & he said he\'d check his warehouse & call me back. About 9:30pm Bruce called to let me know that YES he could get the 2 chaises I wanted, would custom make the cushions & ship by July 4th. They arrived in time for The 4th & are perfect! You placed the order for my wicker mirror on a Wednesday and when I got home from work on Friday evening it was at my door! You helped me solve the problem with needing white and only having wheat color available. The factory did a super paint job, the mirror is as pretty as it was pictured and it came in no time!   • I was very happy to find this website for such a large assortment of fabrics to choose from for my wicker furniture. You usually only find the boring color choices at other sites and the stores all carry the same fabric choices. The price was right and was surprised how fast I received the custom cushions. They are beautiful and am very happy with them and will certainly return to this company for future purchases.

  • Bruce with Wicker Living really went over and beyond when assisting with my custom cushion order. We order about 11 cushions for several wicker furniture pieces we have here at the estate. Each piece fit perfectly! Not only did he handle our order with detail he got them to us before the deadline. Bruce also called to make sure they arrived and that we were pleased with are purchase. Not many companies have this high level of customer service anymore!

Your new glass was cut and packed today. Will drop it off at Fedex this evening. Won't get going though till Monday though because ground service does not move on Saturdays and Sundays.   • I have received my shipment and I love it! Everything I received exceeds my expectations. I did not receive one box out of the six shipped, which must be the base of the dining table. The delivery man and I made a note of it on the delivery ticket. I hope that it is in their warehouse somewhere and they discover it within a few days. I just thought that you should be aware of it. I am willing to wait and see if that box is discovered (probably here in Atlanta). Or maybe you have had this situation before...if it doesn't turn up I'm sure you can go against the freight company for the contents. I just want you to be aware that I am still due the table base.   • I've been negligent in not writing to you sooner. I want to thank you for the wonderful service and quality work your company did making our wicker porch furniture cushions. Perhaps you remember? I'm the customer that you suspected that your employees inadvertently sent me the smaller cushions. You promptly sent me a free shipping label and within a short time sent me the correct sized cushions. Prior to my actual order, you also personally answered my many questions and gave me advise on my order. The cushions look beautiful and are very comfortable. We've never sat on our front porch as much as we have this summer! Even though this was an online purchase, you treat your customers with wonderful service that companies provided in the past but that is so rare this day and age.   • Bruce, I wanted to let you know that I received my cushions yesterday and just love them. They are exactly the same quality that originally came with the rattan sofa. I also love the color, it worked out better then the green which I had originally picked. I had purchased cushions over the internet a few months ago from a company by the name xxxx, xxxxer and xxxx, and they were terrible. According to the picture on their site they looked just like the one I purchased from you, but when they arrived, the color was supposed to be melon, and it was orange, they were also made cheap, and the back cushions were so thin you could feel the wood of the sofa through them. Needless to say I have returned them, and purchased cushions through your company. Again, I just want to say how great the cushions are! Thanks, Pam

  • Well aren't you wonderful! Thank you for the quick reply. Yes, I would like to order 4 cushions... fabric AWF-3048 Short story for you. I spent way too many hours the past 3-4 days trying to find custom cushions in a fabric that would make me "happy". Too embarrassing to tell the "truth" about how much time. I'm notorious for indecision - especially when my choices are even slightly off target. Finally typed in "wicker outdoor cushion replacement" and found you.... knew I had found the perfect spot while viewing your fabric selections. Great options - all so different. Hard to put in to words. Some of them make me feel as if I'm stepping into another world. My only regret is that I don't have a larger piece to take advantage of some of these choices! Anyway, I will gladly wait the time it takes for my order to be complete :-) Please advise next steps for me. In gratitude, Ellen
